There were moments when I thought I could see something so beautiful bursting out of you, like a glittery rainbow after a heavy summer rain. It was in the way you flexed your muscles into action, happiness so concentrated in your every movement, it was undeniable. In my head you are always side-ways smirking, and dancing your little victory jig. I can’t think of you, and not remember all of you boys together, the sun behind your heads and the shadows of your legs bold stripes stretching out in-front of you. Anything was possible, and the future was a promise of that friendship carrying us all through.
